Smoked Regal Salmon with pepper and spices wrapped in prosciutto

This recipe is a variation of a favourite Spanish dish that I enjoyed last year.

Serves 4

2 x 200gr packets Smoked Regal Salmon with pepper and spices
12 x good slices of prosciutto
Good Olive oil
Sea Salt
Cracked black pepper


Prepare the fish fillet by portioning into suitable sizes.

Cut the prosciutto into strips (if required) and wrap the fish with the prosciutto.

Place into a hot pan to cook. Turn allowing even colouring.

Serve with a lemon wedge or two. Devine....also a great Tapa if the salmon is cut into smaller portions prior to wrapping in the prosciutto.
